Earlier in the week we saw Jessica Alba prancing around LA in a pair of short shorts and looking so darn hot that I officially declared her back to being a major hottie. Well, here she is again going out for a stroll in a cute little summer dress and fortifying the fact that the hot Jessica Alba is here to stay and the old prude/boring looking Jessica Alba is long gone.
